About the processing time, shipping and delivery time
1. We need 1-2 days to process your order (expect big holidays, like New years Day).
2. If shipped from overseas warehouse, usually 5-8 days to receive the package. If shipping from China, about 10-20 working days, or maybe longer.

About the inventory
1. Because the item is sent from the warehouse abroad, the real inventory cannot always update in time. That means sometimes the product you ordered is already out of stock.

Return policy
1. We do allow exchange the item if you are dissatisfied with the product, but you should contact us within 7 days and return it within 10 days from the date you received.

xReturns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
