One day, in a pet store not too far from the town center, a young and innovative shop owner was brainstorming new ideas. Hearing about the calming effects of a sloth's laid-back personality, he decided to incorporate it into a new line of plush toys.
But here came the challenge: How to get pets to accept the heartbeat function of the sloth toy? The owner came up with a plan – he would use his own dog as a test subject.
In this plush toy, there was a hidden feature – a heartbeat simulator mimicking a mother's heartbeat. This innovative function was seen as a soothing remedy for dogs and cats, especially those feeling lonely in their kennels or cages.
So, one evening, the owner placed the sloth toy in the dog's cage. Initially, the dog was cautious of the unfamiliar toy. However, when the heartbeat feature started, something unexpected happened.
From that day onwards, the sales of this sloth toy soared, becoming the star product of the pet store, providing warmth and companionship to more dogs and cats on quiet nights.

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
